However, I'm wondering about the service department. I purchased a GMC Sierra a few weeks ago. When we took it for a test drive, the A/C wasn't working. The salesman and I both chalked it up to being colder whether at the time and the service dept. not checking it. Then, when we went to pick it up, we noticed the passenger side mirror auto adjust wasn't working, but the A/C was. I was told it needed a charge and there were no leaks. Upon leaving, they promised to fix the mirror, which was fine, although I'd have to bring the truck back in at a later date. After taking the truck home, we noticed areas that were dirty, some mud on the side panel, wheel wells dirty, other things. It seems the vehicle wasn't detailed, which I thought was standard practice when prurchasing. Plus, a few days later when we tried the A/C, it's not working again. So, bottom line, it's been difficult getting the truck back in for service due to my work schedule and playing phone tag with my salesman, and they've promised to take care of everything and they do seem sincere. However, these issues make me think the service department here is not so thorough. More

Love my JEEP; customer service needs help though I had been looking for a Jeep for several months and was not in a hurry, but found a great deal at Providence. Herb was great. We had to wait for several hours to see the finance person. We found numerous errors on our paperwork for financing, down payment and purchase price. All issues were resolved here. When I got into my new vehicle with Herb to go over my new Jeep, I rubbed the sunroof glass that was filthy with black dirt. Herb brushed this off. I was more disappointed when I got home and had to clean all the windows myself, even where the dealer had removed a front window sticker and left the sticky stuff on the window. There was also trash in the side compartments on the front doors. Additionally there were food crumbs on both front seats. The day prior to purchasing my Jeep, there were less miles than the next day when I purchased it. Not sure not the extra miles got put on and when I asked the dealership for follow up on all this, I got ZERO response. Sad. We were never approached by the manager to thank us for our purchase (0ver $50,000) or even an introduction. At other dealers, this seamed to be standard practice even when considering purchasing a vehicle from them. More
