This was a friendly, pleasant experience from start to finish. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Stan, Jim, and Sherri were all a pleasure to work with and the rest of your staff is very curtious as well. Any issues that I had were taken care of immediately and Stan did a great job of following up with us to make sure that we were very satisfied in our purchase. My wife and I purchased an Equinox a few years back and were satisfied with that purchase as well. I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and I feel that your staff is a prime example of how customers should be treated in any business. I purchased a new 2011 Chevy Silverado and was extremely pleased with the sales & service. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I have given a great rating to Sherry Longwill for outstanding friendliness and customer service in getting my car in for appointments. Since I have a back problem, she always sticks a note on the ste outstanding friendliness and customer service in getting my car in for appointments. Since I have a back problem, she always sticks a note on the steering wheel not to move the seat. I do not have a memory feature on my power seats. This is very important to me. Also, she has worked with me to get appointments as quick as possible for some emergency work. Bruce has been a super technician on my car. His work is excellent. He has alerted me to things that should be done if he sees something as he is performing normal service. I really appreciate this. More

The only thing is that I think the sales reps should go over what payments you would have when purchasing the vehicle of choice and not wait until the end of the sale when your signing papers. I did not appreciate the low ball price the dealership was offering on my trade. They evaluated a 2006 Mitsubishi Galant in excellent condition with 25,000 miles on it for $4,500. Whatever manager I talke was offering on my trade. They evaluated a 2006 Mitsubishi Galant in excellent condition with 25,000 miles on it for $4,500.
