We worked for 8 hours over two days to find the right car at the right price. We unfortunately had reached an impasse and I thought the opportunity was lost when Mr. Sanders called me at my home and we were able to reach a deal we both could live with. Both gentlemen were at all times professional and I actually enjoyed the experience. This is the second car I purchased at this dealership and am familiar with the repair and collision work as well. I am now the delighted owner of a 2015 Equinox LT and I look forward to many years of driving pleasure. I will be calling Nate again when I am ready for new transportation and Sherry Longwell to keep my car on the road! More

One of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with I went to progressive for the second time. The first time was awesome, they really did what they could to help me. I started out with no credit and th I went to progressive for the second time. The first time was awesome, they really did what they could to help me. I started out with no credit and they made it easy to walk away with a vehicle. This 2nd time was even better. I felt like I was not just another sale, but a friend. Sean was excellent, and was easy to talk to. Wasn't quiet while we waited for the banks responses. And Challese in finance was amazing as well. That was the second time I had dealt with her and she explained everything well. I never felt pressured into anything. All in all, this is the only dealership I will return to. Just great every way around. Thank you guys for being great! More

Terrific, non-pressured sales and great with kids! Nate did an outstanding job in helping us find a car to fit our needs. Everything for the sale and trade-in was handled by Nate, from start to finish. I really appreciated him changing the license plates and setting up the Bluetooth calling system for me. I would definitely buy another car from Nate in the future. It was a great experience for the entire family. Wally helped to finalize the deal and I felt it was fair. Jason worked with financing and got me the same deal as my own credit union. I ended up going with my own personal credit union for convenience sake. However, I did feel Jason was less friendly after I chose different banking. Also, I dealt with Wendy Stoner a bit on the phone and over the Internet. She was great at following up with me prior to my visit and assuring me she could find something that I was looking for at Progressive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you! More

Pleasant experience with whole dealership! Kyle Williams was very helpful and was not pushy! And Wally Trace was very determined to get my trailblazer on a trade in.
