He made suggestions, showed us different vehicles, and was patient as we test drove and asked questions. Fran was patient with us through the finance progress and was very easy going and was not phased as our 13 month old explored her office as she went over details with us. Wonderful customer service. Not here, I took my daughter to look at 2012 Fiat thinking it would be a great car to start college with, turns out she didn't like it so thought what the heck I will drive it. I first worked with Mike great guy! Took it for a test drive alone, and after was very nice not pushy at all, went back the next day and brought my husband , Mark was busy so we worked with John Kerry, also very polite, the whole experience was great.
