Wonderful experience! Purchasing a car at Progressive Chevrolet was such a great experience! He took the time to really understand exactly what we were looking for in a car and already had a few keys on his desk so we could get started test driving right away. We were able to really figure out which car we liked the best because he didnt rush us to make a decision. He showed us around Massillon because we had recently just moved to the area and he wanted us to know where all the great places were which I really enjoyed. We learned so much about the Equinox as well!! He even brought me some things I had forgotten to get at the dealership right to my work and said that when my plates came in he would come and put them on for me. Which I thought was gerat!! James Rowe was great as well. He worked so hard to make sure that we got the best customer service as well! He helped me with everything so that I fully understood exactly what I was doing. He even called to check in on Monday to see how the first weekend with the car was and also to see how I was doing because Tom and James both knew that I had just found out that I had lost someone very close to me early that morning which I think is true customer service in my eyes. It made a lasting impression on me. Last but not least, Jason Allman was fantastic! He worked tirelessly on our paperwork and with the banks to make sure that we got the best rates and the best deal! We left Thursday night and went back to finish Friday night and he said that he was actually able to get us a better warranty on the Equinox! It really made an impression on us that someone would take so much time to make sure that we got the best of the best! I normally do not like dealerships or the car buying process but Progressive Chevrolet went above and beyond what I ever expected!!! I will recommend everyone go to Progressive Chevrolet for their next car because of the service I received!!! Thank you so much Tom, James, and Jason!!! More

Better than the rest! With internet shopping taking over the car buying process, my husband and I were able to look at cars at dealerships from Cleveland to Massillon. At one point, we sat in the car we wanted to buy, in the middle of the show room, for over twenty-five minutes in a whirl-wind of salesmen and buyers, and no one even spoke to us. It was a refreshing difference at Progressive Chevy. We were greeted immediately, and had the keys to the car we came to look at within minutes. This was, hands down, the best car buying experience we have ever had! More
