While searching online for a truck I found one I liked at Progressive. I was hesitant at first but decided to look at the truck anyway. I was greeted by Sean Diotale and I let him know that I didn't have a pleasant experience last time and he assured me he would do his best to make this experience great... Well he did, along with Jim "Big Daddy" Jackson for giving me a great deal on the truck and a good trade value.
