Excellent Experience and Great Service I was in the market for a Silverado 2500 HD for quite some time and I was looking for a specific truck with everything I wanted. I had a hard time locating the truck close to home (Pittsburgh) but I found the exact truck I wanted online. The only problem was it was located about 2 hours away at Progressive Chevrolet. I was hesitant to make the long drive but I was determined to buy the truck of my dreams. I am glad I made the journey to Progressive. From the moment I contacted the dealer to let them know I was interested, I had nothing but superior customer service. All the employees I spoke with were very informative and helpful in setting up an appointment. Once I got to the dealer, I was met at the door by Kevin Black. Kevin had everything setup ahead of time and had the truck ready for me to test drive. Kevin’s knowledge of the truck and all of its features was a pleasant surprise. Any questions I had, Kevin had an answer for and provided great explanation. I had a quote from a local dealer that was for a very similar truck and Kevin worked with me to get the price close to that quote and within something that I was willing to pay. I dealt with Jason Allman in finance and he did a great job to secure a good rate for me and explained the whole process thoroughly. At the end of the process, I walked away with my dream truck and had a great experience in purchasing it from Progressive Chevrolet. More
