I've been buying cars and trucks from this dealership for 30 I return because they have an excellant service department. So far their service advisers can be trusted to be fair and honest . I always go to Bernie Wymer, or Fred Keller 2 outstanding service advisers. Wally Trace and Wesley Price are both excellant salesmen they both very knowledgeable. Top Notch Group. . . I walked in on April 1st 2016 not knowing if I'd be able to get my wife and I a newer car, We travel long distances to and from work. With the help of Jason Fulks who took the time to show me several vehicles and even rode with me on a few test drives, then had me park and show me how to work certain features in each vehicle. Wally Trace and Jason Allman spent the much needed time working with the banks to get us the absolute best deal, as we do not have the strongest credit but credit good enough for them to work their magic. We ended up in a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu LT at a great rate and payments well manageable for our budget. All three gentlemen couldn't have been more courteous to my wife and I. We truly felt like we were their number one customers both times we came into the dealership. Thank you guys for giving us a great experience and the best personal attention a customer could ever ask for. For those future customers reading this review, I recommend that if you're ever at Progressive Chevrolet in Massillon don't hesitate to ask for either of these gentlemen for their personal attention and customer care. . . I would highly recommend Progressive Chevrolet, because they are willing to work with you to what fits your budget. Also they try to get you into the car you want if you can afford it. More

I think that I got a reasonable deal. Sean Diotale was very nice and there was never any pressure. Jason Allman clearly explained all of the details of the financing and warranties. And Jim "Big Daddy" Jackson made a special effort to come over and say "Hello" and thank us for our business. These three guys deserve "Atta Boys". Since I'm a geezer, this might be my last car. But I'll surely recommend Progressive to my friends. More

Impressive! That was the best car buying experience I've ever had since I bought my first car in 1970. The salesman, Desmond Jackson, was helpful, not pushy. Even the appraiser was helpful! He gave me $250.00 more than the NADA book value on my trade, and I got a used 2012 Impala $3,000.00 below NADA book value! What a sweet deal! I had checked out the NADA values prior to going to the dealership. The car I wanted was "on line" through AutoTrder.com. I knew exactly what I wanted, what their car value was and what my trade value was going into this. I thought, NO SURPRISES! But I was wrong. I was very pleasantly surprised! Now comes the finance guy, Jason Allman. I expected him to try to "bump" me in the closer room for a little extra dealership profit. What happened was that he was able to beat my Credit Union pre-approved rate by 5%! My payment dropped $50.00 per month! Everyone could not have been nicer. Yes. I most definitely recommend this Dealership, Desmond and Jason. More
