No Pressure Sales I came into the dealership with my husband to look at used Traverses. Even made the statement, "We are not buying a car today." That didn't work out f I came into the dealership with my husband to look at used Traverses. Even made the statement, "We are not buying a car today." That didn't work out for us! I was in need of a newer car and happened to find one that I loved. Craig helped us out and the experience was friendly and personal. He did not pressure us to buy today, but made us feel comfortable. He worked with us to find a deal that we were pleased with. We were not prepared to be buying a new car, and even though it was after-hours, he was patient and kind while we unloaded our trade in and searched every nook to be sure we got everything. (Sorry it took so long!) Jason was also very friendly and made the experience feel personal. Thanks! Dissapointed Everything went well till I went to finance and found out that I didn't have the warranty I was told I had . Then I had to purchase an extended warranty for peace of mind. After all the numbers were added up I realized that I had had paid 1000 dollars more for the vehicle then I had agreed to pay. Since I was out of town I didnt notice it til after the 3 days . I called my sales person to make it right . kept getting the runaround, To me this is just bad business practice and shows me that they really don't care about the customer. I will never purchase another vehicle here again and fully intend to tell others not to buy here either. Very disappointed in Progressive Chevrolet. More

The finance process, which can usually be a stressful and long part of the process, was made simple and Fran made it fun (even at the end of the night when she was there all day).
