My original reason for the visit was to just browse the inventory. However, I got such a good deal from Proctor Honda, I ended up signing a contract for a new Pilot before I left that same day. Plus, anytime Hank was in the back getting paperwork together, the sales manager, Tony would come by and chat. Tony took a personal interest in my hobbies and that made the time fly by so fast. Both of them were so genuine and helpful. I really appreciated the customer service from this dealership. When I met Ray the first time, he wanted to know about me and my family. He did not pressure me and listened carefully for my needs. When I bought my daughters car on her Birthday, I told Ray that I was coming in and that my daughter didn't now she was getting a new car. He kept the secret and played right along with our little game with my daughter. He showed her several cars and then she found the one she wanted and he told her it was hers. We took pictures and he will be a part of our family album for ever. Whenever I am in the store for service, I always get good care and usually have a few moments to visit with Doug. My plan is to keep a car about 3 years and trade.
