Everyone is so helpful and friendly at Proctor Honda! At first when I moved to Tallahassee for college I wasn't sure who to trust with my car. But then, after a much needed oil change, I decided to take it first when I moved to Tallahassee for college I wasn't sure who to trust with my car. But then, after a much needed oil change, I decided to take it into the Honda dealership. I was very impressed! For the next four years I didn't take my car anywhere but Proctor Honda. Although my car gave me more then a few problems, I never dreaded taking my car in because Proctor Honda always took care of the issue while accomidating me the best they could. If I was to be without a car for a few hours, they made sure I had a ride and was where I needed to be throughout the day. Rocky and Zach were especially very helpful and friendly! They always made sure my car was in and out without too much of a wait and hassle. And if my car was to be in the shop all day, they made sure to contact me throughout the day and update me on the status of my car. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. When I graduated from college, I decided it was time to buy a new car. Again, everyone was very helpful! If you are looking to buy a new car, ask for Billy! He was great! More

Proctor Honda is the dealer in this town and when first going to the lot I enjoyed the absence of any pressure. Hank Smith ended up finalizing my purchase and he was an'ol fashioned'sales person. I just bought my fourth car from Proctor Honda. I've bought all 4 cars from Wes Potter -- I won't buy a car from any other salesperson or dealer. Every time I need a car, I just call Wes, tell him what I'm looking for, and in no time I'm driving off the lot in another car with a Proctor tag on the front. It's always easy, I've gotten a great deal on every car, and they always treat me well when I come back. I should have known to just go to Proctor to begin with when I started shopping for a new car. My parents, who are now deceased, always used Proctor and I have owned other Hondas in the past. I was looking for a two door sports model and considered getting a Nissan Altima. The local Nissan dealership was not willing to negotiate a fair price. The sales person kept running back and forth to his manager which was irritating me when I was ready to pay cash on delivery. The final price was around $20,000. He didn't want me to walk out of there because I told him I was headed to Honda to see what kind of deal I would get at Proctor looking at the 2 door Accord. I'm so glad I did not let him "talk" me into the Nissan that afternoon. When I got to Proctor there was no pressure and the price was outstanding. With the 5 year warranty I paid less than 20,000. Mark and Tony were awesome and I felt like they were looking out for my best interest. I told them what I had been through at Nissan and explained to them I didn't want to quibble that I wanted bottom line first go around. When he wrote up the price breakdown, I wanted to fall out of my seat. I was sold from the moment I walked in. I would have bought the car that Saturday but I had to get some insurance stuff straightened out. On Monday afternoon I walked out with a car I am proud to drive. I get so many compliments on my Accord and love every minute of driving it. I wish you could have seen the look on my son's face when I pulled up to pick him up from school that day - it was priceless! Thanks guys for a great experience.
