Sent my college aged son there for a tire repair. They kept him there for over 6 hours, never offered him a ride to class or anywhere else. Said he needed a new tire and it was me who suggested that maybe we should buy two. After that the service adviser never suggested balancing tires - that was my suggestion. At the end of the day it was over $500 because they found other things that needed to be done to the tires. All of this and they never came out to speak to him or update him on time frames.....terrible service. I called and left messages for the service manager and never received a call back. I felt that they took advantage of him being a college student with parents that were out of state, I will find somewhere else to take our vehicle while he is in Tallahassee. More

Their technicians are very thorough and apparently have the training to find a problem and fix it! I'm very impressed with this service dept. and will continue to use them although I live in Thomasville, Ga where there is a different Honda dealership. More

Their teamwork was on display from the moment we engaged them until we drove our new Civic away. Our internet sales team (Obie and Jacob) were supported on all sides, including; from Client Care (Joanie) right on through to the Sales Manager (Trey). I even left my Ridgeline with (Zach) in service who happened to be still working well after the department closed for the day. I would imagine that all the Proctor Dealerships are first class, after all it usually starts with the top. Thank you....we will be back! More
Attempted Repair Ripp-off Told me I had two bad shock absorbers that needed to be replaced. When I pointed out that the previous week they only diagnosed ONE bad shock abosorbe Told me I had two bad shock absorbers that needed to be replaced. When I pointed out that the previous week they only diagnosed ONE bad shock abosorber and I was going to get a second opinion....the service guy went into the garage for a few minutes and when he came back said the mechanic was only "suggesting" that both be replaced. When I asked him why I wasn't told THAT and given a choice of what to be repaired, he mumbled about confusion on the mechanics part. I explained to him that credibility was difficult to regain after doing such a fine job of losing it. Then he took the paper work and re-wrote it so that both a single shock and two shock replacements were quoted. Would YOUR wife or daughter know to question whether they needed two shocks absorbed replaced ($600+) vs only one ($300)? Be careful with these people! Asked to speak to the Service Manager....off sick. Went to the front desk to speak to the GM....not available. Left a message for the GM.....7 days later....no return call. Called Honda Customer Service...sorry....too bad....will let the district supervisor know. He MIGHT call you in a couple of weeks. More
Sold car right out from under me the morning we where coming I dealt with Jacob, I have to say we have bought we cars and other family members bought used, but Jacob, just didn't take the time to return my calls I dealt with Jacob, I have to say we have bought we cars and other family members bought used, but Jacob, just didn't take the time to return my calls ever, was always excuse ,,,Sorry I was so busy yesterday, so things where put off another day, I took my car in did paperwork, never heard a work on Thursday , Friday he called with some questions, I had asked from beginning if they used Ally Auto, oh yes, we'll they don't ,so I called back Friday at 5:00 he was gone, never called me back, I called Saturday told him my dad and I would be up there around 10, he called back and said SUV got stole last night, in other words, they sold it, no excuses but he didn't know anything about it, he never called asked for a deposit last time talked with him and gave him more info, he was so called working on it, typical car dealer behavior, they don't car as long as they get there sale, they could have called or told me you should put a retainer on vehicle til we finalize everything, never a word, I will never buy from them ,, that was my 1st experence with this dealership, my family had sent me thinking I would be taken care of, you can tell when a girl goes alone you seem and I felt very disregarded More

Very happy! I had my CRV repaired and I was very happy with the results. But I then decided to upgrade to a 2017 CRV. Only wants some money buck -Totally Unhappy Honda is not making falls statement. But Employees and specially their manager making falls statements. Trying to make customer irritating.
