5 plus stars Mary Smith is the best. She is laid back, no pressure, looked for ways to save us money, went out of her way to return items we left in our trade-in Mary Smith is the best. She is laid back, no pressure, looked for ways to save us money, went out of her way to return items we left in our trade-in vehicle, and stayed 30 minutes after closing to show us all the features on our new Accord. The receptionist, with whom we had 3 interactions, was friendly, helpful, offered us water or treats, and spent much of her time replenishing supplies and tidying up, not just sitting and welcoming people. Everyone from showroom to the lady in finance was top-of-the-line. More
Can't trust anyone at this place It's always a painful event to go look for a vehicle because they sucker you in and this is to be expected but then you have the service department do It's always a painful event to go look for a vehicle because they sucker you in and this is to be expected but then you have the service department doing the same, well that's just a crying shame. I'm a cancer patient and it's extremely important to trust folks but after my last venture with Honda I don't have a lick of trust in you guys. More

Very pleasant experience Friendly people and easy to negotiate with. We traded in another vehicle and they gave us a very fair price. They let us test drive several vehicles. Some good, some bad. I have had some good with this company, and encountered some quirks i don't care to deal with as well. For one thing, the service department helped me out greatly with some issues, they were pleasant and easy to deal with. Also, i knew about a recall made for my husband's car, and the dealership did the recall work quickly while the car was in for other reasons. This was done well and with a professional demeanor. The day my husband's car was repaired, i called in because he was at work and therefore could not deal with it. I contacted the service department to see if everything was finished and was told there were things that needed to be addressed with my car. I informed the woman i spoke to (Sheila) that i knew there were issues and we were working on them with our mechanic. Sheila got offended and acted as if i were being aggressive, which puzzled me. Why am i being made to feel like i've offended her because i have a mechanic and am not interested in paying their company to do what is already on a long-term plan? More
Sheila Struggles Serving I called Proctor Honda several times trying to set up an appointment for service on a vehicle. Reception answers. Transfer to service. Transfer to par I called Proctor Honda several times trying to set up an appointment for service on a vehicle. Reception answers. Transfer to service. Transfer to parts. Transfer to service. Transfer to scheduling. Transfer to supervisor. Voicemail. I'm patient. This is fine. I leave a detailed message and am reassured by the automated voicemail I'll be contacted as soon as possible. People are busy and things fall through cracks and I understand. I wait and try again (within regular business hours). Same thing. Leave a message and try again later. The next day, still in need of service to my vehicle, I try again, and again after I get off work, and by now me and reception girl are tight. However, my patience is wearing thin for whoever is hearing my voicemails over in service, so I get pretty sassy with my voicemail including phrases such as "I just need to know if you can help me" and "sorry to inconvenience you." Now, what I do not realize at this point is that google is telling me proctor honda is open until 7pm week days, but this is for the sales department. I get a call from Sheila who has seemingly heard my most recent sassy message, who returned sass for sass. I can hang. Sheila Walker was eager to dogmatically explain the service center closes at 5pm and she was staying late, heard my message, and wanted me to know how blessed I was to have the honor of her voice on the line. I explain how google misled me and Sheila understood my confusion and attempted to help me set up an appointment asking me terrific questions like "ma'am, you are aware this is a Honda dealership, correct?" No, Sheila, I thought I called Proctor Burritos to get new tires. Sheikra asks my tire size and I fumble with my words as I am getting real worked up and weary from listening to her audible sighing allthroughout our conversation. Lay off the cigs, Sheils, and maybe you won't get winded from a phone call. I hop out of my car, find the size on the tire and read it off. She asked me what brand of tires I want. As a tire purchasing virgin, I have no idea what any brands of tires are so in hopes of Sheila being a helpful customer service representative, I say I'm not sure and inquire as to the prices. It was too much to hope. Sheila chortles loudly into my ear as my ignorance of tire brand names is extremely amusing. I got extremely flustered and realized, I don't have to give this place my money. I inform Sheils she did not need to try to make me feel like an idiot and I didn't appreciate it. She attempted to salvage the sale, but her defense was more pathetic than her customer service skills. I don't know what was going on with Sheila. Perhaps she had a rough day. Maybe, she had a difficult customer right before me. It's possible she hadn't had a smoke break for a whole entire hour. Regardless, she is a paid professional who felt entitled to treat a paying customer like a laughable joke when I needed help. I have since realized you can make appointments online and highly recommend this service. With it, I believe Sheila's profession is no longer necessary. With her out of the picture, perhaps proctor honda will not lose any more customers. More
