The worst Zero stars was not an option. Made appointment for oil change and A/C check. Only oil change was submitted. Was told they would get to it when they Zero stars was not an option. Appt at 10 am, called at 3:30 to check status, was told had not gotten to it yet. Had to take care of other appointments first. (Even though we had a 10 am appt, they hadn't done the oil change). Told them to do oil change and forget A/C check. Poor customer service. This was the third strike for Proctor Honda. Will never use them or recommend them again. More
