Upon deciding which Honda I wanted to purchase, he put that vehicle on hold until I could come in and complete purchasing the car. Mr. Toth walked me through the miscellaneous features and operations of the car before driving away and made sure I knew if I needed a review and/or difficulty with my new car, he was just a phone call away to meet me at the dealership. Safety Recall Service Recently our van was recalled for a safety issue. I had no problem scheduling an immediate appointment that was convenient for me. She took my info and put me in line for a shuttle. The shuttle took a while to return, and then a while for me to get dropped off- there were 4 others in line in front of me so that was understandable. The repair took longer than we expected, so Sheila called and offered a loaner. They finished the repair early the next day!!! More
