Mildly insulting and inefficient I came in at 8 am on a Saturday expecting a quick in and out. I waited about 15-20 minutes to be told that there was a slow leak and that it would b I came in at 8 am on a Saturday expecting a quick in and out. I waited about 15-20 minutes to be told that there was a slow leak and that it would be 5 or 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I went in and asked where the truck was since I was originally told that it would be only a very short wait. After another 5 or 10 minutes later, I was told that it would be another 30-45 minute wait. I was given an explanation that some tires are more difficult than others to fix. After all, there was a puncture by a nail and that can be a long wait! The service person said that I should be patient. I'll be leaving here about 10 am. Probably won't do tire work at Honda Proctor again. Do the work efficiently or apologize for the long wait. 2 hours for a slow leak on brand new tire? Not impressive and not again. I don't know the service tech so I put in the service department manager. More
