I’m a big fan of Honda products but this dealership is not customer service oriented in my opinion. I recently had my car serviced for a recall notice. The notice indicated the repair would take approxima not customer service oriented in my opinion. I recently had my car serviced for a recall notice. The notice indicated the repair would take approximately 1 hour. When I scheduled an appointment I was told to bring the car in at 8 am. I intended to wait for the service to be completed but when I showed up I was told it would be noon or later due to the number of appointments ahead of me. This inconvenienced myself and my wife who had to pick me up and bring me back. In addition they tried to sell me filters that were recently changed by my own mechanic. A free car wash doesn’t cover my inconvenience. Can’t recommend this dealership’s service department More
