I purchased a 2018 Honda Pilot, Sales experience was great however after a couple of weeks i noticed wires hanging down under the rear of vehicle. Both rear backup lights were hanging loose and both bul great however after a couple of weeks i noticed wires hanging down under the rear of vehicle. Both rear backup lights were hanging loose and both bulbs were burst. They installed a trailer hitch and obviously removed them to wire trailer lights. The wiring was damaged and had to be repaired as the bulbs also replaced. No obvious quality control. The vehicle was extremely clean and someone should have noticed the wiring. My wife was backing down our drive and I noticed backup lights were not burning and then leaned over and saw the hanging wires. I live 90 miles from dealership and other than this I most likely will go back to Proctor for my vehicle needs. More
