I’m a big fan of Honda products but this dealership is not customer service oriented in my opinion. I recently had my car serviced for a recall notice. The notice indicated the repair would take approxima not customer service oriented in my opinion. I recently had my car serviced for a recall notice. The notice indicated the repair would take approximately 1 hour. When I scheduled an appointment I was told to bring the car in at 8 am. I intended to wait for the service to be completed but when I showed up I was told it would be noon or later due to the number of appointments ahead of me. This inconvenienced myself and my wife who had to pick me up and bring me back. In addition they tried to sell me filters that were recently changed by my own mechanic. A free car wash doesn’t cover my inconvenience. Can’t recommend this dealership’s service department More

Live out of town, 60 miles. Had a recall repair appointment at 9:00am. 2 hours later I’m told they didn’t finish 2 cars yesterday & they were in front of me. Also, someone had h Had a recall repair appointment at 9:00am. 2 hours later I’m told they didn’t finish 2 cars yesterday & they were in front of me. Also, someone had hacked the service tech’s bank account & he had to go to the bank. Meanwhile, I’m stuck there. I got there at 8:40am & left there 1:34pm. They knew this would happen yesterday afternoon, they SHOULD’VE called & rescheduled the service appointment. . Also, asked them to patch a tire, ended up having to buy a new tire & was charged $24.95 to install it,….really? Naw, they’ll sell it to you, but their service isn’t for me. Am inclined to go to Dothan or Panama City next time. Sales 5 star; Service 1 star. More

Originally scheduled my Honda for a repair of a water leak - suspected to be air conditioner leaking into vehicle. Had to cancel service due to scheduling conflict. Tried to reschedule two weeks later. W leak - suspected to be air conditioner leaking into vehicle. Had to cancel service due to scheduling conflict. Tried to reschedule two weeks later. Was told that they don't handle water leaks of any kind anymore...as of about two weeks ago. Then they referred us to a local Gerbercollision shop. Went to Gerber location near our home. They said their location didn't handle leaks either but other locations did. Was given a printout of the supposed locations. Called the next location. They told me they didn't do leaks either. Only collision work. Gerber was also confused why this dealership would refer a water leak to them. Called this dealership back to let them know that Gerber didn't handle that kind of job and probably shouldn't refer any more leaks to them. This dealership was confused by this information and that they don't handle leaks anymore. Thanks for the runaround. More
