First time to Proctor Honda dealership. I took my car in for routine service- oil change. I was greeted with friendly smiles and enthusiasm from everyone. Dealership was clean, well organized and from what I experienced very efficient. Work was completed very timely and car was washed. Carlos, my advisor, reviewed the service that was performed on my car and the status and condition of my vehicle- all was good. Carlos was personable and professional. Honda makes a quality product and Proctor Honda matches that with excellent service. I would highly recommend. More
Took my car in for an oil change, when my car was done being serviced I noticed a scratched/big scuff. I mentioned it to the adjuster and he went and got the manager . The manager pulls up the picture fro being serviced I noticed a scratched/big scuff. I mentioned it to the adjuster and he went and got the manager . The manager pulls up the picture from the iPad and begins to tell me that the scuff was already there when I pulled up. From the picture it’s hard to identify the scuff but he saying it there I told him it’s the glare from the paint being blue . My car was washed after the service and the scuff was there new as can be.The manager wipe the scuff with buffer or something to remove the scratches. They were not removed. Over all he told me there is nothing they can do this was on my car before I got there. Ive been a loyal customer at Proctor for years. As of today I will no longer be going here anymore. They try to save their self instead of making the customers happy!!! Would not recommend spending money here More

I set up an appointment with Proctor Honda Service, Sheila was my service advisor. I was very pleased with my experience! While traveling north from Cape Coral, FL to escape Hurricane Milton, I started having issues with my car, not wanting to start. I looked up Honda dealers close to me and Proctor popped up. Even though Hurricane Milton, I started having issues with my car, not wanting to start. I looked up Honda dealers close to me and Proctor popped up. Even though it would mean backtracking about 15 miles, I’m certainly glad I did. I spoke with Gabe in service and he went above and beyond to help me. It turned out to be the battery and a great mechanic (sorry I didn’t catch his name) had a new battery installed in no time. They even washed my car. I can’t say enough about how great everyone was. This is the third major hurricane I’ve been through in 7 years and being stranded w/o a car was terrifying. Again, fantastic dealership with actual employees who care. Bravo, Honda Proctor!! More
I have been a customer of Proctor Honda for over 50 years for servicing on Honda cars. Recently, I had a TAVR at the Marcus Heart Valve Clinic at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. But, you don't have to go out for servicing on Honda cars. Recently, I had a TAVR at the Marcus Heart Valve Clinic at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. But, you don't have to go out-of-town for experts to work on your Honda's heart or for anything else you drive on four wheels. Let Miss Sheila Stewart work her magic by listening to your presenting problem, asking Proctor mechanics to run diagnostics, and then, with your approval, having expert mechanics have your wheels turning again.
