Left CRV for 30000 service. Car promised in 3 hours, took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several times in the next two hours and was told he would be there soon. He finally came and his story didn't match service advisors. When I got back I spoke to Service Manager who apologized and took $30 off service. No problem with service, but would hesitate to leave my car and go to mall. More
