This is the only time in my life that I felt so good about the salesperson that I returned to buy a second vehicle from him. When leasing my Civic almost two years ago and for any follow up service (very little has been needed) everyone has been courteous, helpful, and glad to answer any and all questions. Left CRV for 30000 service. Car promised in 3 hours, took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several times in the next two hours and was told he would be there soon. He finally came and his story didn't match service advisors. When I got back I spoke to Service Manager who apologized and took $30 off service. No problem with service, but would hesitate to leave my car and go to mall. More
