We were looking for a reliable, fuel efficient car and took the time to visit all avalible dealerships to see what offerings were available from all manufacturers. However, the excellent customer service we received from Mark Poole sold us on the Accord. Better yet, they offered us a great price. All of our service experience with Proctor has been faultless. Whole process was quick and easy, and pleasant. If you hate to play the dealer game, want to buy your car from a trustworthy person, who is friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend Frank in Proctor Honda. If I decide to buy another Honda, I wouldn't hesitate a minute to go back to see him. More
My wife and I had visited several dealerships in Tallahassee, and Proctor Honda was the ONLY dealership who was consistently helpful and friendly, regardless of how many times we left the lot withou Tallahassee, and Proctor Honda was the ONLY dealership who was consistently helpful and friendly, regardless of how many times we left the lot without a sale. Any time we walked off the lot at the other dealerships, we felt pressure and stress from the sales associates we spoke with to act now on a car. I have had a relationship with Ray Lane and Proctor Honda for over the past 5 years and I would describe the sales and service to be excellent. The sales management staff has always presented options to me t for over the past 5 years and I would describe the sales and service to be excellent. Left CRV for 30000 service. Car promised in 3 hours, took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several took me and son to mall. I called in 4 hours, said car was ready, but driver was busy and couldn't come for me at that time. I called back several times in the next two hours and was told he would be there soon. He finally came and his story didn't match service advisors. When I got back I spoke to Service Manager who apologized and took $30 off service. No problem with service, but would hesitate to leave my car and go to mall. More
