I purchased a New Honda Civic about 1 1/2 years ago from Proctor Honda in Tallahassee Fl. Not long ago I was in an accident on the highway and did a considerable amount of damage to my car. I met her the first time when she came into the salon with her mom all decked out in her soccer uniform. I was having an issue with my aux plug and allison quickly figured out it was. She had me in and out in no time. I thanked for giving me "special treatment" and was on my way. Later, my arrogant self, found out that I did not receive "special treatment" that is how she treats EVERYONE! Great job Allison, keep up the good work! All fives were given because the service was fast, friendly and free (my car was under warrenty). The department was clean too! More

Proctor Honda is still and has always been very friendly and very helpful. I bought my car from them about two years ago and ever since then, I have never used any one else, regardless of the problem that and very helpful. I go there for oil changes, check tire pressure, repairs, and anything else that I have ever needed. The staff is very friendly and always explain everything to me in detail, even without me asking. I always deal with Rocky Harrell and never use another service advisor. I do not know very much about cars and could easily be taken advantage of when it comes to things being repaired and prices but they never have and always are very helpful. Rocky is awesome when answering my questions and arranges that the shuttle service (that they provide free of charge to take you to and from work or anywhere else if you have to leave your car there for some reason) always picks me up on time and gets me to work on time as well. He is always so friendly and makes polite and interesting conversation while I am waiting, and if anything is ever wrong, explains things to me and calms me down about the situation with my car. I live closer to Thomasville, but I always drive to Proctor Honda in Tallahassee to get my car serviced no matter what. I will continue to go there for every need I have as long as Rocky is still employed there and am able to use him as my service advisor. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!! Also, their restrooms and whole dealership is very clean and sanitary and that is definitely a plus as well!! More

I have been a customer of Proctor Honda for 7 years. I have always been very impressed with their work. The reason I keep coming back, however, is because of Rockie Harrell in service. I own a 2001 Honda Civic that has given me problems, but Rockie is always amazingly professional, friendly, and eager to help. I have been stranded and called him at 9pm and he helped me arrange a tow for my vehicle while being reassuring and friendly. He is a true asset to Proctor Honda, and I am happy to remain a customer there as long as they continue to employ individuals like Rockie.
