I have been a customer of Proctor Honda for 7 years. I have always been very impressed with their work. The reason I keep coming back, however, is because of Rockie Harrell in service. I have been stranded and called him at 9pm and he helped me arrange a tow for my vehicle while being reassuring and friendly. He is a true asset to Proctor Honda, and I am happy to remain a customer there as long as they continue to employ individuals like Rockie. I only recently found out about this review site but I have always had a good experience with the service department at Procter and have always had the same representative (Rocky Harrell) help me. Invariably I get honest information, reliable service and excellent support (transportation shuttles, after-hours drop off, etc.). I rely on Procter and Rocky in particular for both regular maintenance (oil changes, scheduled service) and when I have had particular service issues. Unless I move I'll continue to have my Element serviced here and would recommend it to others. More
