I have been a customer of Proctor Honda for 7 years. I have always been very impressed with their work. The reason I keep coming back, however, is because of Rockie Harrell in service. I own a 2001 Honda Civic that has given me problems, but Rockie is always amazingly professional, friendly, and eager to help. I have been stranded and called him at 9pm and he helped me arrange a tow for my vehicle while being reassuring and friendly. He is a true asset to Proctor Honda, and I am happy to remain a customer there as long as they continue to employ individuals like Rockie. I would gladly recommend him to my friends and colleagues, and I have! More

I only recently found out about this review site but I have always had a good experience with the service department at Procter and have always had the same representative (Rocky Harrell) help me. Invari have always had a good experience with the service department at Procter and have always had the same representative (Rocky Harrell) help me. Invariably I get honest information, reliable service and excellent support (transportation shuttles, after-hours drop off, etc.). I rely on Procter and Rocky in particular for both regular maintenance (oil changes, scheduled service) and when I have had particular service issues. Unless I move I'll continue to have my Element serviced here and would recommend it to others. More

Proctor Honda in Tallahassee was a "joyful" experience. I knew that my 2002 Honda needed work in addition to the 90,000 mile service. she is the most friendly person i've known since bringing my car to the dealership. she always have something positive to say when you are in her present and that when you are going through a car problem tha my car to the dealership. she always have something positive to say when you are in her present and that when you are going through a car problem that she cannot understand, she always helping or finding someone that can be of assistances to you and that no matter when i call, she always tries to work with me in scheduling my car for a oil change or some type of maintenance. she never not eager to help you, she always goes over and beyond what a dealship need. and as a woman that do not know almost to nothing about a car that she makes me feel confidents and relax that the job is going to be done correct and accurately. and to the honda team and co workers is that they got a loyal and couresty staff that are just willing to the job right and efficency. thank you so much allison clark for making me feel important..
