I have dealt with Proctor Honda for a couple of years now and have enjoyed every trip. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel like family. Ed and James are always there to answer questions. When looking for a vehicle recently, I called the "other" Honda dealer and never received a call back. POOR customer service. That never happens at Proctor and that's why everyone keeps going back. More

Everyone is so helpful and friendly at Proctor Honda! At first when I moved to Tallahassee for college I wasn't sure who to trust with my car. But then, after a much needed oil change, I decided to take it into the Honda dealership. I was very impressed! For the next four years I didn't take my car anywhere but Proctor Honda. Although my car gave me more then a few problems, I never dreaded taking my car in because Proctor Honda always took care of the issue while accomidating me the best they could. If I was to be without a car for a few hours, they made sure I had a ride and was where I needed to be throughout the day. Rocky and Zach were especially very helpful and friendly! They always made sure my car was in and out without too much of a wait and hassle. And if my car was to be in the shop all day, they made sure to contact me throughout the day and update me on the status of my car. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. When I graduated from college, I decided it was time to buy a new car. Again, everyone was very helpful! If you are looking to buy a new car, ask for Billy! He was great! More

I felt welcomed and unpressured fro the very beginning of my visit. Tony, the floor manager, was kind and attentive. Since my wife had previously talked to Mark, I asked for him. He was quick to get in touch, but did not sacrifice his attention from the people he was helping at the time. I can appreciate that and knew I would get the same attention when it was my turn. Tony made sure we were comfortable, offered us a cool beverage and kept a good conversation going while keeping an eye on things. I never felt pressured to purchase. When you have a product as good as the Honda's are, they can sell themselves! We did take a test drive and purchased my car. It was the last Civic on the lot. I purchased when gas was high and there was very little "dicker" room. This is the law of supply and demand, which is why you only got a four in price. Of course everyone would like to pay less for there car, and I am no exception. I would highly recommend Proctor Honda to anyone looking for a new car. The advantages of staying "local" outweigh the MINOR price advantage of going out of town to Thomasville or Jacksonville. I have not had the need to visit service yet so have left them N/A. I have 3400 miles on it and still have 50% oil life! GO HONDA and hats off to Mark Poole, you need a showroom full of salesman of this quality! More

I buy cars seldomly. This was my first purchase since 1984, and my first new vehicle. Proctor Honda is the dealer in this town and when first going to the lot I enjoyed the absence of any pressure. Hank Smith ended up finalizing my purchase and he was an'ol fashioned'sales person. He was unfailingly cheerful, helpful and accurate with information. I ended up buying a slightly higher end Honda Fit than planned, and it is a lovely car. G.T. More

I just bought my fourth car from Proctor Honda. I've bought all 4 cars from Wes Potter -- I won't buy a car from any other salesperson or dealer. Every time I need a car, I just call Wes, tell him what bought all 4 cars from Wes Potter -- I won't buy a car from any other salesperson or dealer. Every time I need a car, I just call Wes, tell him what I'm looking for, and in no time I'm driving off the lot in another car with a Proctor tag on the front. It's always easy, I've gotten a great deal on every car, and they always treat me well when I come back. If you need a used or new car, don't bother shopping, just go to Proctor Honda and ask for Wes. P.S. - the finance guys are excellent too. More

I should have known to just go to Proctor to begin with when I started shopping for a new car. My parents, who are now deceased, always used Proctor and I have owned other Hondas in the past. I was looking for a two door sports model and considered getting a Nissan Altima. The local Nissan dealership was not willing to negotiate a fair price. The sales person kept running back and forth to his manager which was irritating me when I was ready to pay cash on delivery. The final price was around $20,000. He didn't want me to walk out of there because I told him I was headed to Honda to see what kind of deal I would get at Proctor looking at the 2 door Accord. I'm so glad I did not let him "talk" me into the Nissan that afternoon. When I got to Proctor there was no pressure and the price was outstanding. With the 5 year warranty I paid less than 20,000. Mark and Tony were awesome and I felt like they were looking out for my best interest. I told them what I had been through at Nissan and explained to them I didn't want to quibble that I wanted bottom line first go around. When he wrote up the price breakdown, I wanted to fall out of my seat. I was sold from the moment I walked in. I would have bought the car that Saturday but I had to get some insurance stuff straightened out. On Monday afternoon I walked out with a car I am proud to drive. I get so many compliments on my Accord and love every minute of driving it. I wish you could have seen the look on my son's face when I pulled up to pick him up from school that day - it was priceless! Thanks guys for a great experience.
