I had a problem with my electrical system. called up rockey at proctor honda, described my problems to him. He recommended a wrecker to tow my car in and said when the car comes in he would take care of rockey at proctor honda, described my problems to him. Rockey called me right when the car came in and apologized that they would not be able to get it today but he would make sure its the first in the morning. Sure enough I get a phone call that morning telling me what was wrong, and how long it will take. I told him I couldn't pick the car up till the following day, he said no problem, it will be ready and waiting for you. I came in the next day, rocky wasn't there but the other took care of me nicely and I was in and out in five minuntes. Very happy with my whole experence. Friendly, timely, and helpful. More
