Service was equivalent to McDonald’s. We SCHEDULED an appt for my daughters brake lights that were inoperable. At the appointment the dealership representative (Mosses Ortiz), they explai We SCHEDULED an appt for my daughters brake lights that were inoperable. At the appointment the dealership representative (Mosses Ortiz), they explained that no one was there to test the circuit. Honda that’s why we SCHEDULED an appt. We rescheduled for 2 days later to find out that it would take another appt to get the job done. 3 appointments to service brake lights? When I questioned Mr Ortiz about the lack of professional, he hung up the phone like a 3rd grader. With this type of service or lack of, I will NEVER use Proctor Honda of Tallahassee nor will I ever recommend them. So Dissatisfied More

If you have a Honda that needs any type of service, go here. No other place gets it right the first time, gets it back to you quickly, and at a reasonable price. As with anyone if your car breaks down, you are having a rough time until it is fixed. Zack from Proctor Honda was there to make a bad week a little better. He tried to help in any way possible.
