We would like to say that Michael Grindberg was great in helping us find the right car for our daughter soon turning 16. He responded to an email inquiry that we sent to the dealership. In fact, it was so perfect that our daughter found the same car online and emailed him herself asking questions about the car. We were going to surprise her on her birthday but when she showed us the car online and told us it was her dream car and she would love to have it, we caved in and told her that the car was being held for us until we could get back up to Tallahassee to finalize the deal. She was thrilled. When we finally went to get the car, it was even more perfect that she thought it was. She didn't expect it to be so nice. We were already sold on Honda and Proctor because we had purhased an Accord Coupe previoiusly. We wanted to trade for a new CRV due to personal reasons and showed up on a Saturday afternoon. Stuart was very helpful in helping me find the car that I was looking for on my budget. I described to him the features that I wanted on a car & other requirements that were important to me (i.e. side curtai was looking for on my budget. He also allowed me to look around alone without standing over my shoulder which gave me time to inspect each car & select which ones to test drive. After I selected a car to purchase, he was able to work out the price/payments according to my needs. He was friendly, informative, helpful & respectful, rather than a pushy salesman. I have been her mom's hairstylist for many years When I pulled into the service department I was pleasently surprised to be greated by Allison. I have been her mom's hairstylist for many years and remembered her from when she was a young kid. I met her the first time when she came into the salon with her mom all decked out in her soccer uniform. I was having an issue with my aux plug and allison quickly figured out it was. She had me in and out in no time. I thanked for giving me "special treatment" and was on my way. Later, my arrogant self, found out that I did not receive "special treatment" that is how she treats EVERYONE! Great job Allison, keep up the good work! All fives were given because the service was fast, friendly and free (my car was under warrenty). The department was clean too! More

I purhcashed a new vehicle from Proctor 2 years ago and since then, I have never used any one else, regardless of the problem that I have ha helpful. I go there for oil changes, check tire pressure, repairs, and anything else that's needed pertaining to my vehicle. Allison is very friendly and always explain everything to me in detail. I always deal with Allison;she always go above and beyond. Allison is awesome when answering my questions and arranges for transpotation for me to reach my destination. She is always so friendly and polite. And always informing me regarding the status of my vehicle while I am waiting, and if anything is ever wrong, explains things to me about the situation with my car. I will continue to go there for every need I have as long as Allison is still employed there and am able to use her as my service advisor. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More
