I've know Mr. Young for almost 20 years and I purchased my 1st car through Mr. Young. I was really nervous about purchasing a car. So I decided to go alone and when I arrived at the car dealership, I'll never forget Donny's wonderful smile and how friendly, professional and knowledgeable he was about the product he was selling. After about a month, and many e-mails back and forth, my husband and I made it into the dealership. Once again, Terri was very patient with us, gave us time to look at all the different models, and explained to us all the pros and cons of each, as it pertained to our specific needs. Patrick was the finance manager who worked with us on our purchase. He was just as helpful, and made a process that is almost as cumbersome as buying a house, seem like a breeze. We ultimately ended up with an Accord and love it! We've always been big Toyota fans, but they may be hard pressed to get our business back. My email contact, Michael Grindberg, allowed my to schedule a time that was convenient for me to take delivery, without requiring a deposit or claiming I had to take delivery that day. When I took delivery, the price was as agreed. Price did not change one I got into the F&I office. The F&I person, Patrick Williams, did not play any games with monthly payments other than the standard extended warranty pitch. After signing all the papers, the salesperson put on the license plate, sat me down in the car and explained the standard features, and I drove away. Overall a very easy, low-pressure car buying experience. Proctor lived up to its reputation and I would certainly buy from them again. More

I have dealt with Donnie Young since 1993 when purchasing a vehicle for myself or friends.My last dealings with Donnie was 2 years ago when my daughter needed a reliable SUV.I called Donnie and without hesit a vehicle for myself or friends.My last dealings with Donnie was 2 years ago when my daughter needed a reliable SUV.I called Donnie and without hesitation he had my daughter in a Honda Pilot within a few hours.This is my 5th vehicle that I have purchased from a dealership that Donnie was working at.I am still driving the 1993 Toyota Camry that Donnie sold me back in 1993. My wife is driving a 1999 E320 Mercedes that Donnie sold me. And again my daughter is driving a Honda Pilot and a friend of mine is driving a Acura TL that Donnie sold her. My daughter was in town for Christmas this week (12-25-08) and her engine and VM light was on. I tried to get her in to service but Zack said he couldn't see her until Monday (12-29-08). I told him that my daughter was from Savannah, GA and was leaving on Sunday (12-28-08) and I just wanted to make sure the Honda Pilot was safe to drive, but that didn't matter to Zack. I called Donnie and he called me back within 5 minutes and told me to send my daughter in and Zack would check it. Had it not been for Donnie and his caring for his customers I would not been able to rest at ease knowing my daughter was on the highway and something could have happened. That's why I will continue to deal with Donnie when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I spent 5 hours at Toyota one Saturday trying to get a deal for a friend of mine and it didn't happen. I left Toyota and called Donnie and within 1 hour Donnie my friend was driving away in a used Acura TL.
