Everyone at Proctor Honda was great to work with. Billy our Sales Representive was very knowledgeable of all the vehoicles we looked at. Staff very friendly, internet pricing seemed to be just a lead in. Getting the internet price not an easy thing to do. Extended warranty pushed a bit to hard but that was the salesmans job. I was simply taking my 2007 Honda Accord off lease and purchasing it. I was pleasantly surprised how great the customer service was offered by both the finance person and Terri Rutledge. I bought a "certified" used vehicle last September. They consistently missed basic things when checking the vehicle through the "certification" process. I think this dealer is a big organization that lost i consistently missed basic things when checking the vehicle through the "certification" process. I think this dealer is a big organization that lost its tracks in the quality assurance/quality control process. It was also apparent to me that the sales person staff and their service department don't communicate well and/or don't like each other. Again, is a full organization that has gone too big (a Tallahassee region almost monopolystic attitude towards customers) and lost sight of the important issues that really matters to clients: Provide good quality product at a competitive price with good service. My car was totaled and I had a very limited amount of time to find a new one. I utilized the internet inventory search and found a few vehicles I was interested in. After making my inquiry, I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with several Proctor employees. They stayed in constant contact with me, letting me know if a car I was interested in was sold and when a new one was coming in that met my criteria. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and informative, and after two days I had my perfect car. Despite knowing that I had limited time to find a car, no one ever pressured me and they went out of their way to assist me. The price was more than fair and it was a very positive experience. More
During the course of my car search, I visited a few dealers which ranged from outstanding (this one) to bad. My experience here was exceptional. All of the employees were couteous, professional and there was no pressure. From the test drive to the financing all went smooth and all questions were answered promptly. There was no pressure at all; quite unlike my previous experiences. The bottom line was that I bought a car from these folks that was not even my first choice and I would do it again. No complaints, really. Very friendly staff, good quality and timely service, and a modern facility. We were first with Proctor Acura, then moved back to Honda. We currently own a Civic and CR-V. Brian in service was very attentive and thorough in assessing my needs to service my old car. He called to tell me how things were proceeding and when he found out there were more repairs needed than assessing my needs to service my old car. He called to tell me how things were proceeding and when he found out there were more repairs needed than I had expected. He was patient as I went to sales to price a new car. Jason Collins was very attentive and patient while I debated what to do. The business office was helpful as well. The sales kept in touch with the service department and made trading out the car needing repairs and that had already received some repairs easy. The sales person took the time to clean the car as the dealer retailers were gone by the time the new car was purchased. He did not rush us in making a decision in spite of the time. I can say this was the most positive experience I have had in purchasing a car. Every step of the way the Honda people were professional, kind, patient, and thorough. I feel they gave me the best deal possible. More
