This is the first vehicle I have purchased via Internet sales. Mr. Grindberg was completely professional while being kind and caring. I walk into the dealership and was greeted quickly and with a big smile. I had previously spoken with Doug Clifford and he was near the front door to greet me upon entrance into the dealership. He was very friendly and we began discussing the vehicle I had come to the dealership to look into purchasing. He told me about the Honda Pilot and we took a test drive, It is a wonderful vehicle. After discussing the pro and cons of the Pilot vs other Honda products Doug suggested I give the Odyssey an extended test drive. This was helpful in the decision to buy the Odyssey over the Pilot. He was very helpful at all points of the purchasing process and was wonderful with answering any questions I had about the vehicle or plans attached to the purchase and maintainability of the Odyssey. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More
My wife had a price agreement on the phone before we went to store. Since the price is quite nice, the only issue we concerned was APR of the loan from the dealership. He did not behave like guys in other dealership like Toyota who gave us low price with a very high APR saying the APR is based on my credit score. Also David was quite patient. We had test drove the first car with some noise from fans. The only time both he and we got a little frustrated was when that noise occurs again after the technician's repairing. So and then we changed to another color.The whole test drive took about 2 hours and David was patient for 1 hour and 59 minutes, and a kind of at the edge of un-patient but turn to understandable immediately. I would say patience wins. More

I brought my 08 Honda Civic in to get some work done on the brakes. When I first came in to make an appointment, the Service Assistant Bryan Gorniak informed me that everything will be covered by warranty. the brakes. He repeated the same on the morning I dropped my Civic off to be worked on and again when I called him on the phone later that day. Everything went smooth until I arrived at 5:30 that day to pick my car up and he handed me a bill for $180. At the same time he stated that the brake service was not under warranty despite the fact that he reassured me of that being the case several times before. While I was standing there trying to solve the issue, he repeatedly denied my claim lying right in front of me. I have never seen such disrespect from anybody in my life. The next day when I came to see the Don, the Service Manager, to address the issue the manager treated with a very rude attitude saying that he is not going to "deal with this fiasco" and then he turned around and walked away saying "well, I'm sorry" when I told him that I am a dissatisfied customer. That kind of an attitude is unacceptable especially from an employee who claims to have 18 years of experience. Furthermore, he totally supported his employee's claim that I have been informed of the charge for the service and attempted to place the blame on me. No customer deserves this kind of treatment and the manager had no right to patronize me based on my age (I am a college student). The manager also said that he has records of voicemails being left on mine and my mother's phone regarding the issue. No such voicemails have ever been recorded. I was forced to pay the $180 but what bothers me the most is the lies, disrespect and negative attitude that these two people treated me with! I don't think lying and disrespecting a customer are very good way to earn your business. For all I learned, the only thing Proctor Honda cares about is making money off you. I am never returning to Proctor Honda of Tallahassee for anything. They lost my business forever and I am not recommending this dealership to anybody. More
My husband and I were looking for a car to lease that had good gas milage. We arrived at the dealership late Friday evening. Mr. Fisher showed us cars we were interested in but since it was closing time invited us back on Saturday to test drive. He was knowledgeable on the cars we were interested in. He listened to what qualities I wanted, test drove the Fit and the Insight. Mr Fisher also allowed my husband to try getting his mobility unit in the back of both vehicles to make sure it fit--a very big necessity. When we decided on the Insight we were explored leasing options. We were treated very good. When we ran into a snag, we spoke with the Sales Manager and were assured we could make a deal. We were called Monday morning and we had the paperwork signed before twelve and I was on my way back to work in my brand new 2010 clear sky blue Insight which both my husband and I are enjoying. Many of our Church friends have enjoyed checking it out. More

Not only did Proctor offer us the best deal for our 2010 Crosstour, but Obie made sure every detail, from added accessories, detailing of the vehicle, and going over every asset of the car when we picked it up, was covered to our satifaction. He went above and beyond to have splash guards painted to match the cars exterior by a private individual. There was never any pressure or attempts to raise the cost. I made an offer; they accepted that offer. No bickering, no haggling, no problems, no hassles what so ever. More
