I've bought two Subarus this year from Hank, and I have been more than impressed with each purchase. Hank knows the cars inside and out, and he is very fun to talk to. He was friendly, informative but never pushy. When we finished the drive he provided me with brochures and told me to call if I had any questions. I left surprised at how much I enjoyed the Outback and feeling very comfortable with the idea of working with Abel and the rest of the team. Before I made it home I had an email from Abel thanking us for coming in. I returned the next day much to Abe'ls surprise to see and drive the Outback. He was off that day but did not hesitate to meet me. Everyone I met at this dealership was friendly, professional and made you feel they were really excited about your new car. Mary was very helpful and patient with us. The reason I say patient is because we had our 4 year old and our 14 month old with us and they wouldn't keep still.
