I think this is my 7th Honda. The service is so good, it is a pleasure to get my car serviced, and an oil change is cheaper than super lube. They even wash my dirty car for me. This is the finest service department I have every dealt with and I am a "senior citizen" with years of dealing with service departments. The first dealership I have been to, and I had the worse experience of my entire life. The first month after I purchased the car the windshield wipers flew off in the middle of a rain storm, the second mont experience of my entire life. The first month after I purchased the car the windshield wipers flew off in the middle of a rain storm, the second month after I purchased the car the brakes were squeaking extremely bad, it took them 7 hours to fix the brakes I missed my 3 classes and work, because no one thought it would be a good idea to call me and let me know the status of my car. Now we are on the 3rd month of me owning this car, and of course there is another issue. The car makes a scratching noise when it is cranked up after not being used for a while, and I take it to the Toyota Dealership for them to tell me that the water pump is leaking and only God knows what else is wrong with it. When I called to try and to speak to a manager I would always get a voicemail, how convenient. I can’t believe this is happening to me, I would never recommend the service I receive here to anyone of my close friends or family members. More

I test drove a black Honda Accord and was very impressed with it I loved everything about it, but I left that day with no car. I later returned two (2) weeks later and bought the gray 2012 Honda Accord and have been smiling everyday since. This was the best car buying experience of my life. There were absolutely NO pressure sales at all. Great job Tony and Proctor Honda! More

I traded a 10 year old Odyssey so I have had experience with Proctor.When it was time to trade I knew I wanted another Honda,but which one.I was introduced to Obie and he test drove with me in several mode with Proctor.When it was time to trade I knew I wanted another Honda,but which one.I was introduced to Obie and he test drove with me in several models,and did an excellent job answering my questions.I bought a Cross Tour which is a bit complicated, but Obie has been a patient and knowledgeable teacher.The car was impecable when delivered and the paperwork was only as tedious as necessary. Came in to the dealership on 3 or 4 different occassions through the years before buying something from them. I never felt pressured or talked down to. Picked up a used VW Passat this time around.
