I am an FSU graduate and this was my first time getting any car services done by myself (my dad usually took care of it when I'd go home to Jacksonville, FL). I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received - it was just excellent all around! The waiting room was comfortable with tv, magazines, and even a water dispenser with cups provided. The restrooms were clean, and my service was completed within the promised hour. My service advisor was friendly and answered all my questions. The place has a great atmosphere and everyone waiting there with me seemed to be pleased as well. I would recommend Proctor Honda to anyone! More

The team at Proctor Honda did a superb job with getting me into my new 2012 Honda Pilot. She was courteous and friendly and stayed late to ensure that we looked at all of our options before making our final choice. The finance team was able to get the car priced just right to ensure our payments would be in our budget. Eventhough the car was not in stock at the dealer, it only took about 2 days to get it in. Upon receipt of the vehicle, Obie did a great job of getting all of my paperwork ready before I got to the dealer so I would have a smooth transition with transferring my old car and receiving my new one. He also was nice enough to set up my phone and explain many of the technological features of the Pilot. The entire process from test driving to receiving my new vehicle took about 2 hours. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle and the process was extremely smooth. Thank you! More

In one word: Genuine! Proctor Honda have a sincere concern of making sure that you get what you ask for, and ensure that they check for additional issues with your car.
