The finance department went above and beyond to help me get a great interest rate. I was concerned that being a new car owner would be stressful and time consuming- I am happy to say it was anything but. I would highly recommend using Proctor Honda, and will certainly re-use them in the future. They are respectful, kind, and all around nice people. More

We have used Proctor's service department for both of our Honda vehicles for over four years now. Mostly for routine oil changes and tire rotation, because a real service issue is rare with our vehicles. T Honda vehicles for over four years now. There are closer oil change businesses, but it is always worth the few extra miles we drive to Proctors because they give us fast, inexpensive, dependable serice and stand behind their work. More
I tried for 2 weeks to get the exact car I was looking for locally. I couldn't do it. I called Proctor Honda and they said we can get that for you. Within 2 hours of my call, they emailed me and told me t for locally. I couldn't do it. I called Proctor Honda and they said we can get that for you. Within 2 hours of my call, they emailed me and told me they found the car and would have it on their lot that afternoon. Then just to make it even better, they delivered it to me at my house in Dothan AL. You can't beat that service. They even matched the negotiated price I made with the local dealer. For that I will buy all my cars from Proctor Honda. Thanks for making this experience the best car buying experience I ever had. More

When I was looking for a new care I only had two requirements. One, ample headroom, as I'm a very tall guy. I drove almost everything by every car maker… then I decided to go to Proctor Honda and drove away with a Pilot. I had my car for three years and not a single major issue, other than those self-inflicted. During my most recent visit I needed to have the door lock reviewed. I arrived at Proctor Honda only expecting to have my issue fixed, and quickly as usual, but decided to talk with Terri Rutledge (LOVE HER) to see if they had any options available and really just wanted to see how much my Pilot was worth. Well, I must say, I drove away with a new Pilot! My experience with Terri and the other staff was not only delightful, but they explained all the options and now I pay just as much, but owe less and for a shorter amount of time… all with a new Pilot. I left knowing I would be a Pilot driver for life and a Proctor customer as well. They have made me feel like I was one of the owner's family members. So, in short, simply GO, SEE, DRIVE, BUY, it's that simple. More
I have come to Proctor Honda for several repairs and services. I've compared their parts online and to other places and found their service to be excellent. If they cannot do the service for you, for example paint jobs, they will redirect you to another reliable repair service center. Their labor costs are reasonable. The only issue I had was my new car battery died before the warranty ran out but my new battery was pro-rated due to the warranty, but that s really manufacturing problems. There was a confusion on why a certain part was replace when I asked. Tony Badia offered to put my old part back on, but after he discussed with the mechanics my old part was indeed cracked. Maybe for future reference it s better to show the customer where the problem is, so that way they feel more confident on the repairs. More
