I also appreciate that they give realistic estimates about the amount of time each service will take. Billy Pierini is the sales rep I've worked with the most, and I really appreciate his help. He's a no-pressure kind of guy who makes it easy to look around and not get overwhelmed or stressed by the decision-making process. Billy also always takes the time to stop and say hello and make sure the car is still doing well when he sees me in the service department. Beyond all of that, I have to say that the team at Proctor were the biggest help I could have possibly had when my last Accord was totaled when someone ran a red light and hit me. They walked me through the process of what to expect from my insurance company and hers, and they provided me with ample documentation regarding the value of my car to make sure I got fair compensation to replace it. Their knowledge of my car and of the claims process was invaluable. There's not another dealership anywhere that I can imagine purchasing a car from. Mike always goes the extra mile to make sure I had the car I needed/wanted; he was especially helpful during the lease finance negotiations. One of the best things about owning a Honda is how little maintenance they need. You can drive for miles and miles before you need to get an oil change. I have gone into the service department sometimes 2 and 3 times before they say I actually need to change the oil in my car. This cuts down on the amount of upkeep Honda's need. The service department is wonderful, especially Duke Chen!! They are all pleasant, professional and very quick. They always finish servicing my car in less time then they had expected to take, sometimes in as little as 15 to 20 minutes. The dealership keeps snacks drinks/coffee for their guests. Working with the sales and service staff at Proctor Honda is always a pleasant experience. I recommend them highly! More
