I bought my Subaru Impreza from Proctor Subaru a few weeks ago and couldn't have been happier with the service I received. I was looking for a car to replace my Honda Fit which was totalled in an accident. I had it narrowed down to a few makes/models but the knowledge, service, and positive approach by Ron Modzelweski added to the quality of Subaru overall sold me on the Impreza. My experience throughout the entire sales process was nothing but positive. I would highly recommend Proctor Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. I have also had 2 great experiences with the Service Department at Proctor. One to pick up and have installed a few accessories, the other to repair a tire after a nail punctured it. Jim Lutz, the Service Manager, was a delight to work with. Jim makes it easy to arrange service appointments and both appointments went quickly and smoothly. I appreciate the hospitality of the Service Department and the attention I received as an individual customer, not just another person in a line. More
My experience at the Proctor Honda Service department was phenomenal. They were prompt and courteous, coming to assist me right away. My car is running like new and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought my car from Proctor Honda 5 years ago and have always enjoyed their professional and welcoming environment. I know my Honda will last me many more years and its great to know that the Proctor team will always be there to take care of me. More
I received excellent service when I dropped my car off for an oil change and to get some new light bulbs. Brian Gorniak greeted me as soon as I pulled up around 7:45 AM. I took the shuttle to work and before 10:00 AM everything was completed and Billy (the shuttle guy) promptly picked me back up free of charge to retrieve my vehicle. I wanted to take a minute to tell everyone at Proctor Honda the same thing I am telling everyone else. This was the third time my wife and I dealt with Proctor Honda over the past 15 years. This was the Honda the same thing I am telling everyone else. This was the third time my wife and I dealt with Proctor Honda over the past 15 years. This was the second time we dealt with Mary Smith. While all three times have been pleasurable experiences, both times we have dealt with Mary have felt more personal. I believe it was in 1997 that we purchased a 1996 Honda Accord from Proctor through Mary. At that time, my wife and I were short on time and Mary delivered the car to us. We had all three previously met at Proctor but were undecided about the purchase. Later, when my wife was sure, I called Mary but explained I did not know when we could get back to Tallahassee from Bainbridge. She was very helpful and drove the car to us. We had exchanged the usual small talk on all the visits but didn’t think much of it. This past weekend, my wife and I found ourselves back at Proctor looking at the new 2013 Accord EXL. Mary promptly joined us and amazingly asked about out two daughters that are now grown and married. After we talked, Mary began to impress us with her knowledge of Honda’s fine 2013 Accord. By the time Mary reviewed all the latest advances both in technology and comfort, we were sold. We didn’t feel the need to re-visit any of the other dealerships. My wife and I are probably the worst “car shoppers” there are, as we are both quite indecisive. Mary was very patient, helpful and informative. After we finally closed the deal, my wife and I thanked Mary and left with our new 2013 Accord EXL. Before we could get to the restaurant where my wife and I were going to celebrate our new purchase, Mary called to tell us we had left our garage door opener in our old car. Mary insisted she would bring it to the restaurant where we were, and she did. Yesterday, my wife realized we left our pack of CDs, ( in a black bag, the same color as the mats) in our old car under the seat. Of course we called Mary and she promptly retrieved the CDs and stored them in her office. We continually receive patient, personal, genuine service from Mary. We both believe that she represents the Mission Statement of Proctor Honda. The combination of personal, professional and knowledgeable service from Mary, along with the follow up extended service from the service department of Proctor Honda is the reason we are a third time customer. I usually handle the chore of taking the car to get any and all service work done. My wife is returning this Saturday to have the trunk spoiler and mud guards installed. I do not feel it necessary for me to be there. If the service department provides the same level of service as Mary, I know everything will be done professionally. We found the '09 Mustang Convertible on autotrader.com and worked with Obie. We live in Pennsylvania and we are serious Mustang collectors so we put Obie through the paces. He contacted the previous owner and found the top boot and extra set of keys. He sent to me an email copy of the original window sticker and numerous photos from every angle, including the engine compartment and trunk. It was a little scary purchasing a vehicle from afer, but when we finally arrived at Proctor Honda, the car was everything Obie said it was and more. He guided us through all of the paperwork and sent us on our way in only 1.5 hours - - awesome! There are beverages and snacks provided as refreshments, as well as a spacious seating area and workstations with power outlets if you want to get some work done on your laptop. More

I originally purchased my car from Proctor Honda, and have continuously had it serviced there. My latest visit was at the Proctor Honda service department to have my 100,000 mile service. As you can imagine the 100k mark is a scary one, but I know that Proctor Honda has taken great care of my car, and I plan on driving it for a lot longer. This particular service went just as smooth as all the others, I was promptly attended to, and all my questions answered. Just as always, I had a professional and courteous experiences. The service was finished in a timely manner, and I was back on my way, with this visit being nothing but enjoyable. I have never had any problems with the Proctor company and believe that I never will. I hav eonly good things to say about Proctor Honda, and wouls strongly recommend this company to anyone. More
