I was thinking about trading my Sonata for a Honda CRV. I owned a CRV for 10 years prior to buying the Sonata. I missed having the height of an SUV and the cargo space. A friend introduced me to Tony Bello owned a CRV for 10 years prior to buying the Sonata. I missed having the height of an SUV and the cargo space. A friend introduced me to Tony Bellomio at proctor Acura. I told Tony what I wanted to do and he found the perfect vehicle for me at Proctor Honda. I drove the vehicle on Tuesday, bought the CRV on Wednesday and picked it up on Thursday. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I ever had. Tony is extremely professional and had all the paperwork ready when I came in to sign the papers. I was done in 15 minutes. Tony made sure the vehicle was detailed before I took possession. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking for an Acura or other vehicles handled by the Proctor dealerships. More
Recently I took my car into the Honda Service center at Proctor Honda to have some oil leaks fixed. I was very happy with the service and work they did. My main contact after dropping my car off was Rocky who updated me on the status of my car and the recommended fixes as well as the level of necessity each problem had - whether it could or couldn't wait. Rocky gave me an estimated time of when my car would be ready and before that time arrived he called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate accurate estimates and prompt communication - he made it clear through his actions that he valued my time as a customer. When I went to pick up my car I was greeted quickly and was escorted to the cashier with my paperwork. The cashier (whose name I wish I could remember) was great also - she was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My experience was great and I'm happy to have been a customer of theirs for many years now. Making my appointment online was very easy, and they did have my information in their system when I got there. Roc Service couldn't have been better. Even called to let me know when my car was ready and made sure to have shuttle service arranged for me. Billy, the courtesy shuttle driver, is always very courteous and on time. I got a 90,000 mile servicing done, and didn't miss a beat in my day. More
I arrive early and have the option of waiting or being given a ride. I am given an estimate of time to wait and it has always been extremely accurate. My customer service rep. noticed that I was being billed for a service not needed and he quickly removed the charge. I would not have known the difference. I have been a solid loyal supporter of Proctor Honda for 15 years, and during that time I have never been disappointed in service or sales. Recent emergency service was no different. My IMA dashboard light came on so I took the car to Proctor Honda Service Department. The problem was the IMA battery, which is a very expensive part. Brian took the time to check and see if the item was still under warranty, and surprisingly it was. This saved me $3500. Everyone there, including Billy the shuttle driver, was helpful and courteous. The entire experience was just great. We have bought at least three vehicles from Proctor and I expect we will be back when we need another. More

I had a recall on my vehicle and called Proctor Honda and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. When I arrived, I had just missed the shuttle to take me to work, so they called and asked him to com scheduled an appointment to have the work done. When I arrived, I had just missed the shuttle to take me to work, so they called and asked him to come back. I virtually had zero wait time, he came right back for me. My service leader, Rocky Harrell, has been helping me for years, and is always professional, courteous and honest. I would recommend him to anyone! The recall fixed the problem I was having with my van and so far, it has been running great. It was a very pleasant experience, as always! More
