As always, I had a great experience at Proctor Honda Service Department. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and an airbag check. I was in and out in 40 minutes! fast and great service. I rated the service center "great" because they excelled in each of those categories. I was greeted when I walked in the door, and he even laughed when I said I was there for a "B-12" shot for my excelled in each of those categories. He knew exactly what I meant and went right out to the car to check it and begin processing. I reminded him to wash it, and he said, "Oh, I would do that anyway." We chatted for a minute or two, and then I went over to get coffee and biscotti. In less time than I thought, he came over an announced the car was ready. I told him I needed to run out to the car to see if I had a coupon, and he said to go ahead, he would wait at the desk when I checkout. When I came in, he was there, and everything was about ready for payment. He explained what they did for $223 and then wrote the info in my service book I keep in my car. The young lady who took my payment was very accommodating, and I was out of there in a flash. My car was in tiptop shape. I know this service dept.--after all, this is my second Honda Civic. More
