After purchasing my 2012 Honda Accord EX-L from Terri Rutledge and Dave Saba earlier this year at Proctor Honda I thought it couldn't get any better but then I took it I for my first service! My genius Honda told me that it was time for servicing, so I signed on to Proctor's website and scheduled the maintenance online. I arrived the next day at my scheduled time and was greeted warmly and professionally. The super staff at Proctor Honda offered me refreshments and I watched tv and read magazines for a little while. Before I knew it, my car was ready to go, all washed and ready. The service advisor made sure I was comfortable and educated about my car. The price was terrific and I was on my way! A+. Not only would I never buy a car anywhere else, I would never take a car anywhere else for service. More

The rear air-blower was not working properly when the heater was on. Vic quickly took care of the problem in less than an hour.
