Best dealership around!!!!! I can honestly say that they have a culture that puts the customer first. They are friendly and helpful. I worked with both Todd and Jacob and they were both wonderful. From walking in the door in Florida heat and being offered a bottle of water, to looking at all all of the different options, to the fair and transparent negotiating on my trade in and new car price. Though Scott had to order a tire replacement for my car (brand new with less than 4,000 miles) he gave me a loaner vehicle and when my car was ready for pick up, it was washed and detailed. The worst Phillip, totally misrepresented a 2014 Honda Ridgeline! Made me drive 7 hours round trip from Tampa to Tallahassee . saying that it looks "beautiful". Made me drive 7 hours round trip from Tampa to Tallahassee . saying that it looks "beautiful".When I seen the vehicle there was deep body scratches that needed repair, and not just a buff job. It need bodywork for a proper repair., Plus here was shoddy paint repair on both sides of the truck thick over spray. Then offered me a 50 dollar E- visa card... he and Proctor can stick that where the Sun don't shine. John P More
