They did not try to delay my test drive to sell me on the model but were subject matter experts & provided tidbits of relevant info as time allowed. As a woman, negotiating on my own, I felt they were straight forward about my trade in, rebates and credit options and I appreciated not feeling talked down to or handled. I was in control.
