I inquired about a car through autotrader and was harassed by the internet sales guy. He would send VERY rude emails demanding a response when he never even answered my initial question. Then tried contacting someone else whose name was given to me by a friend and he had horrible response time. Just completely blew me off forcing me to reach out multiple times. It took forever for me to get all the specs of the car from him making it all very confusing to the point that I didn't trust what he waa telling me. Once I finally got a price (which was significantly higher than other dealers) from him, he gave me the whole "someone else is about to buy it so I have to act now" and an hour later he said it sold. Then somehow the exact same car became magically available the next day. Fortunately I had already found the car I wanted for less from another dealer and bought it from a saleswomen who was much more pleasant to work with. More

Some of the other sales people from other dealers were persistent to the point of being creepy; Kirk was available when I had questions and was not pushy at all -- it was great to work with someone who was normal to talk to. Once I decided on the car, we were able to quickly come to a fair price.
