I have been a client for 20 years and I purchased 3 vehicles from Toyota. I bought my current vehicle almost two years ago and I have been found all the required maintenance per Your service department vehicles from Toyota. I bought my current vehicle almost two years ago and I have been found all the required maintenance per Your service department. I took my car in for service on April 3rd and I was charged $774 for things that I am not sure if they were completed or not. That day when I got the car back I found out that the plastic cover on the sliding rail that moves the front driver seat back and forward was broken. I did not break it. It was in good condition when I took the car for service. I went back and talked to an employee that did not want to help me. I asked to talk to a manager and I was transferred to talk to Suzan Danfora customer Relations manager, but she was not helpful, she was not understanding, and gave me a bad attitude. Also she went to talked to another employee named Wayne McClain from service department and he did not want to help me either. They both were very unprofessional and both were not willing to admit that my car was returned to me damaged after the repairs they did on my truck. Both Suzan and Wayne gave me terrible customer service and because of them I escalated my complaint to the manager Anthony Woods general manager and he was helpful and he said that they were going to repair and replaced the broken part. He told me that the part was going to arrive on Thursday May 14th and that they were going to call me to take my car in to fix the broken part but today is May 16 and no one called me back. More

Very disappointed with pricing on a new vehicle. It’s bad enough the money they want for doc fees, and they want another $700 for prep fees. It may not be illegal but surely is unethical. The Richmond Toyota enough the money they want for doc fees, and they want another $700 for prep fees. It may not be illegal but surely is unethical. The Richmond Toyota dealer doesn’t list a prep fee but may charge one as they are a Priority dealership too. Initially I was offered $6k under trade-in value for my car by one of the managers but Paul seemed to have straightened that out. It would be wise to shop elsewhere. More
Took my 2020 4RUNNER in for The Priorities For Life Service. My Service Advisor, Paul Sonnhalter was simply the BEST. I waited at the Dealership and my 4RUNNER was done in a timely manner. I was able to enjoy a nice fresh cup of cappuccino from their coffee bar. Paul was sure to explain everything to me that had been done. I left there happy. And will definitely return again! More
I considered 5 Toyota dealerships from which to buy a new RAV4. I worked with Jae Yang at Priority Toyota, in Springfield, VA. Jae and I had a number of conversations in which he skillfully identified my nee RAV4. I worked with Jae Yang at Priority Toyota, in Springfield, VA. Jae and I had a number of conversations in which he skillfully identified my needs and the options available. Additionally, Jae’s honest, customer-service focused orientation was instrumental in assessing my needs. A major selection criterion for me was out-the-door (OTD) price. I ultimately decided to purchase my new car from Priority Toyota, in no small measure, because of my interactions with Jae. I’ve referred customers to Jae/Priority and would do it again. More
