My recent experience at Priority Toyota in Springfield has changed my mind completely. First, walking into the service bay was entirely different from what I've experienced before. It was huge, clean, and orderly. It was a breeze to drop off my car and find a service representative to help me. It was the service representative himself that sealed the deal for me. The work on my car was going to take multiple days, but he worked overtime to complete all the work we had discussed by the time I needed to leave for a personal trip, even having the presence of mind to overnight parts for me. All of the work we discussed was done well. He even noticed a few things that we did not discuss but saved me another trip on another day to have my hub cap put back on the wheel and complete my state inspection that was due that month. With four children in toe, it's not easy for me have work done on my car and I was incredibly grateful that he noticed those few extra details to save me time in the future. Priority Toyota is not like other dealerships I've been in before. It was organized and service oriented. I will be back. The atmosphere is great, and the people are great. More

Thing have changed for the better I used to hate going to this dealership but now I have a wonderful Service Advisor named Paul Sonnhalter. James Hibbert is a exceptional Salesman at the time of my appointment he was finishing up with a prior customer however he took the the time to come and introduce himself to me and offered me a drink and not only that he called me on my cell to let me know he was almost finish and to apologize for me having to wait and when he finished he gave me his undivided attention and was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and just an overall cool down to earth guy that main focus was to help make my car purchase experience as less stressful as possible major kudos to James Hibbert. and also I must give a thanks to my finance manager he was a very nice guy and very professional I'm so sorry I can't remember his name and also the customer service representative I think her name was Katie was very nice and had a dynamic personality . I must say the entire staff was nice I've yet to remember a time when I've visited a place of business where everyone that crossed me in passing or i made eye contact with smiled and said hello. More

I trust Paul Sonnhalter Paul has taken care of my family's four Toyotas for many years. I was thrilled to hear that he was now at Priority, which is much closer to me than wh Paul has taken care of my family's four Toyotas for many years. I was thrilled to hear that he was now at Priority, which is much closer to me than when I would drive all the way to Alexandria Toyota just to use his service team. I have had poor experiences at other Toyota service centers, so I was dreading looking for another place to take my cars when Paul left Alexandria, but now I still have Paul. He makes sure that work is done right on your car the first time, he communicates clearly and often with you, and the only surprises that you get are when he finds ways to make sure that you get whatever service deals the dealership is offering at that time. I trust Paul and his team and that means the world to me. More
