excellent service from Paul Sonnhalter I have a 16 year old Corolla and out of the blue the inside door handle on the driver's side just snapped off and tiny springs went flying onto the da I have a 16 year old Corolla and out of the blue the inside door handle on the driver's side just snapped off and tiny springs went flying onto the dashboard. Wow...what an annoyance. I called Paul Sonnhalter on a Thursday around 11 am, wondering how long it would take to get a new handle. And after 16 years I didn't expect to be able to match the color. Friday morning Paul called to tell me he had the part, and an exact color match. Couldn't believe it...less than 24 hours! I went in that day...took my laptop so I could work while waiting for the car to be fixed. I had barely read any emails when the car was ready...maybe 30 minutes ? This was outstanding service! Thank you! More
