He touched all of the bases, listened to our needs, and was not pushy. We had no intention to purchasing that day, however, at the end of the appointment we were so comfortable with the entire experience we went ahead and bought the car. We found the entire staff at the dealership to be knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I would be remiss if I did not mention also Jonathan and Catherine in customer service. The truck took a bit of time to arrive but James followed up with me on a regular basis with updates, and because of our constant interactions I had complete faith that he was taking care of me. Great customer service Yesterday the left (driver side) windshield wiper arm was completely broken off my car. I live in Fredericksburg and took my car to the Toyota dealer Yesterday the left (driver side) windshield wiper arm was completely broken off my car. I live in Fredericksburg and took my car to the Toyota dealership there. They didn't have the part, so they gave me the number to Priority. I called the parts department and they had one left in stock. They pulled the part and held it for me. I hopped on 95 and went straight there. I got the part along with new wiper blades and went to the service department to see if they would be able to install the part especially because it was raining. Instead of making me wait for what I'm sure would have been at least 2-3 hours, they grabbed a mechanic and took care of it in like 10 minutes. They only charged me for the parts, no labor. I couldn't have been more thankful. It would have been awful trying to drive back down 95 without a wiper. Anyways, thank you so much Priority Toyota for taking care of my car and for the amazing customer service. More
