Best Experience I called Priority Toyota in search to purchase a new Highlander after I stopped by Bill Page Toyota and a salesman by the name Jae picked up. After sp I called Priority Toyota in search to purchase a new Highlander after I stopped by Bill Page Toyota and a salesman by the name Jae picked up. After speaking with him I was not to sure if I wanted to go in the dealership since he did not want prvoided me a price over the phone but I went and saw him about a 10 days later. Before I went into the dealership I spoke with my Vietnamese friends who purchased a RAV4 from Priority and he told me that Jae was amazing. He told me that he did not purchased a car from Jae but told me that his friends purchased cars from him and that they were all happy and had a pleasant non high pressure experience working with Jae. Because of the stories he told me I gave Jae a call and went to see him. We did not buy our car on ur first visit but during this time Jae was very patient and understanding of our needs during the whole process. He even stayed late to assist us get our car and made sure everything was right the first time. There was hiccup at delivery but far enough it was not problem for Jae since he let us go that day and had a appointment for us couple days later to address the issue and during this time his followed up was amazing. I knew everything that was going on. Jen was our finance manager and she was very patient with us and answer all our questions and and made sure we were taken care. This car buying experience was easy since I had a team from Priority that cared. Jae and Jen is very efficient and pleasant to work with since he/she was all about making the customer happy at the end of the day. If anyone is in a market for a new Toyota go see Jae Yang since he is a advocate for his customers. If you want the best price go to Priority Toyota since I got the lowest price in town better than Bill Page. Thank you and we love our SUV. More

It was me and my mother and I was worried but had the best time buying our new 2019 Camry. Our sales consultant was Jae Yang. He was the funniest sales consultant we met and the most knowledgeable sales consultant we met. Jae and his manager Haithem make this car buying experience very memorable and made it a happiest day for me since it was my first car purchase after I graduated from college. The team at Priority Toyota gave us a once in a lifetime deal. Jae Yang, Haithem Najar, Jenny and Delma.Marcus, were all incredible and believe me, you want to work with this team. They were attentive, accommodating, kind, professional and worked with us to create an incredible deal on a Camry from start to finish. Great pricing, Great financing, Great delivery. We have worked with other dealership but we never experience the customer service that Jae provided us that day. I will always do business with Jae since he explained step by step on what's happening next. Jae even went into the finance office to ensure that we got treated right. Poor Customer Service I took my truck in for routine scheduled maintenance. They said many things were needed so I agreed to have them done. They offered the complimentar I took my truck in for routine scheduled maintenance. They said many things were needed so I agreed to have them done. They offered the complimentary wash which I accepted. When I returned to pick up the truck, it was filthy. There was a huge black grease spot on the passenger door which really stood out on the silver paint. The rest of the truck was horribly filthy. I asked the guy that brought it up to at least clean the grease off, he reluctantly did. It took me days to get the grime off the windshield. I filled a complaint and received a call after about two weeks apologizing for the issue and offering me a free detail. The lady that called said she would follow-up on how to redeem that offer. I received an email stating she called but no other information. I have emailed several times asking if it was a valid offer and have yet to hear back from anyone. I don’t guess it was a valid offer after all. More

But instead they just cut them down, which cannot be done for security reasons. Now again there is a vibration when braking. But they say that I have to pay for the replacement of the rotors. This is a fraud. Should I sue the company? More
