Don't waste your money on this cheap service! I took my car for an AC maintenance to this Toyota Priority in Springfield and had the worst experience ever. I paid hundreds of dollars for the first visit and was told that the AC is fixed; however, i had to bring it back as there was no improvement and the issue was not fixed at all. The second visit was very disappointing and completely regretting. I tried to explain that the same problem (of first visit) still exists and wasn't properly fixed, but the attendant repeatedly insulted me by "you don't understand, we are not providing free services...". Of course i don't understand, if I understood and was smart enough, i wouldn't waste 25K on a xxxx cheap Toyota Camry, instead i would have invested that on a higher class vehicle... Long story short, I was made to pay again for I don't really know what they did (in second visit) as the issue still goes on. By the way, they did this (second) service without my pre-approval, but made me pay for it to get my car back. I tried explaining this to the auto shop manager, who only listened to her employee (the attendant) but didn't give a xxxx about me (the customer) who in normal world should be given at least a respect. I later called Priority to file a complain, but was directed to the same Auto-shop manager. She again tried to quiet me and kept defending her employee; and worst of all, she was making fun of the way i was talking. Bottom line, do not buy anything from from Toyota Priority Springfield, If you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR MAINTENANCE TO THIS AUTO-SHOP and waste your money and time. More
Simple Easy Deal full of Lies Backstory- found a tundra at this location I was extremely interested in. Emailed them and texted the sales person I was coming in Sunday. Even texted Backstory- found a tundra at this location I was extremely interested in. Emailed them and texted the sales person I was coming in Sunday. Even texted and said I was running late on Sunday. Arrive at dealer- first thing she does after giving her my backstory on the car I own is question where I got my trade in value from. KBB and I valued it at fair. Then she questioned my credit (651) implying that wasn't good enough and finally responded with "well if we can't get you in what you want we will find something for you." No lady, I didn't want anything else I wanted that truck. Flash forward 20 minutes later- she shows up in the wrong truck. An older clearly different model. She politely lied and said "no it's black I don't know why those colors are listed" when I pulled up the autotrader listing Lie #2 enthusiastically occurs "oh those are stock photos" really lady all 26 of them are stock photos plus a different inventory number? Enter Lie #3 "oh shucks my guy must have given me the wrong keys. Because the stock numbers are so close" Off she goes and reappears 22 minutes later (at this point I've been at the dealership for an hour) a half hearted Lie #4 ensues "so someone else is testing driving your car and wants it. So the sales guy is hiding it" At this point I left, I realized once a xxxxxxx a xxxxxxx they will always be. To make things fun and this review longer. She decides to text me saying "it was in the body shop" I can only assume this Lie #5 was aided by the sales manager in hopes that after being gone for an hour I had calmed down and was ready to return to getting screwed. You can tell by my photo I wasn't interested. More
Purchased used Frontier pickup -- Hector Amaya is the best! Just purchased a 2014 Nissan Frontier from Priority Toyota Springfield. We worked with many sales associates/managers and other staff, but if not for Just purchased a 2014 Nissan Frontier from Priority Toyota Springfield. We worked with many sales associates/managers and other staff, but if not for Hector Amaya's involvement before, during, and after our purchase this dealership would not have closed the deal with us. Hector was with us through the test drive and decision process. He answered all our questions immediately and accurately. His knowledge of the vehicles and options (as well as Priority's services) is remarkable. Even better, Hector was engaging and a pleasure to spend time with. What truly set him above his peers is how he handled a problem revealed to us by others on the Priority staff only after the sale was completed. Hector assumed responsibility and took action. He corrected the problem within hours of our call (at the dealership's expense) -- going above and beyond the expectations of a sales person. Hector Amaya should be recognized as an example to his colleagues at the Priority Toyota! Thanks, Hector! Note: I will submit a separate review of the others we worked with who did not reflect the values and professionalism that we expected from Priority. In this review I only want to recognize Hector's extraordinary support. More

We bought our car in spite of having to work with Jae. On our first visit, the car we specifically came to see had an issue with the keys so we left. When we returned we had the pleasure of working with Hector, but Jae continued to insert himself into the dealings. He sat with us and explained how the missing/inoperable key wasn’t our fault, complained about the organization as a whole and some of the management specifically, and managed to insert the F word into our conversation. Wildly unprofessional on so many levels. We contacted Hector and asked to deal with him exclusively. More
Excellent Service Service Representative Paul Sonnhalter was excellent to work with and is an excellent credit and representative for Priority Toyota. He is fair to hi Service Representative Paul Sonnhalter was excellent to work with and is an excellent credit and representative for Priority Toyota. He is fair to his company but also to his customer. A recent example was my taking my 2003 Highlander for service, including an emissions inspection. Upon arrival I had several dash light icons on. He quickly advised that these lights indicated a problem in the emissions system. Rather than automatically having his dealership perform a very expensive replacement, he first suggested that one part on this 16 year old car be cleaned up. After doing so, the dash lights went out. I then drove the car about 70 miles and returned, and the emissions test was successful. This is an example of keeping the best interest of the customer in mind. Paul Sonnhalter makes me feel very comfortable that I am getting what is necessary, but no more. He is the primary reason that I take both of my cars to Priority when service is needed on either of them. He is very courteous and friendly, keeps me very timely informed, and consistently gives me good advice that I feel very comfortable in relying on. More

Go in to get brakes fixed....attendant tells my wife she has 2 bald tires and needs new ones. Tires aren't bald. Trying to get one over on my wife? Tells my wife the warranty is inactive and wiil cost $700 to fix broken door lock. Wth? Some shady stuff goin on here. No one answers the phones and asked 5 different people what time does service department close and 5 different answers. One of those people was a manager. Emailed Suzan danfora still no response. got an online response from amar rana ......after playing phone tag with him for several weeks, i went in to get an emissions test done and a few other things, was given a two year old emission inspection form from when the car was purchased. was charged for an emissions inspection that never happened. gave amar rana a call, he answered and said he would come see me in a few minutes in the service deptartment. i waited and waited.....he never showed up and this guy is a general manager. wow such poor customer service over and over. Our issues started afterwards concerning getting the titles to our vehicles. We had to make two trips to the dealership for temporary tag extensions, and we live 1.5 hours away. It took over six weeks to get the title to get the title to one of our vehicles, and then it still was not complete, which resulted in me driving to the dealership to get the paperwork they left out that the DMV needed. I was made to wait an hour, though I was told it would all be ready for me when I arrived. We still do not have the title to our second vehicle, and follow up has been non-existent even up to the General Manager level, except for our sales agent, Jae Yang. He is been consistent, even apologetic, though this is completely out of his control. It is the title department and management who do not follow up, follow through or get back after telling you they will. For these reasons, I would not recommend this dealership. I want to deal with people at all levels -sales through management- who I can trust. When there is an issue, I want them to resolve it and communicate clearly. I expect them to return phone calls and call/email when they say they will. This has not been the case with Priority Toyota Springfield. More
