Disappointing - Now Have to return for Work not Completed I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation as usual and when I arrived I requested that, as well as the repair of some interior trim. Was tol I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation as usual and when I arrived I requested that, as well as the repair of some interior trim. Was told I needed 15,000 mile service so I did that as well. I was then made to WAIT 4 HOURS because the tech didn't notify me my car was finished! This was infuriating to say the least. Leaving, I noticed the interior trim that I asked to be repaired was not repaired. I noticed on the invoice a line about 'Reset Maintenance Reminder Sticker' - not a big deal but this sticker is missing. I worried also about the TIRE ROTATION as it was not listed on the invoice. Today I received notice that the tire rotation IS OVERDUE AND WAS NOT DONE AS REQUESTED! I now have to schedule again to have this done. So, a very poor experience. My advice is to better manage your workload so as to not overlook these easy to take care of items. I purchased my new vehicle from Priority and am considering another purchase, but this was not a good experience! I will say I have always had good service from John, so don't know what happened on this day! More

Professional and courteous! The staff all seemed to follow through with the sale of my new 2019 LEAF and I felt prepared to drive it home that same day.
