I had a WONDERFUL experience at the Rosenthal Nissan Dealership. I found the car that I wanted and immediately called Kevin Soltwedel. He was kind, attentive, and answered all of my questions. The team at Rosenthal Nissan Mazda are very knowledgable and courteous. They made sure I understood every part of the process. They took charge and made sure that even though I was not able to get the car I wanted they explained the reasons why and why not, they also eplained the pros and cons of my decsion. They did not push me to make a decsion they laid out all of the facts and let me choose. There was no pressure to buy at any point at anytime and I walked away with a better and more affordable 2012 Nissan Sentra which I now adore!! I will refer everyone I know and run into who are in the market for a new or used vehicle to Rosenthal Nissan Mazda and ONLY TO THIS LOCATION!! Thank you Edres, Kaveh and Sarah for everything!! More

He was well informed about the nissan sentra more than I had anticipated based on my prior visit to a different dealership. He let me test drive and I truly got feel for the car which wasn't the case at the dealership I had visited before. Based on the bad service I received before coming to your dealership, I'm pleased to give kevin a 10 for the service he provided me buy my first car. I would also like to mention Ron Giscombe the manager who we had a good experience talking too and learning alot from too. The no hassle customer service is amazing and we always feel welcome at the dealership and he spends all the time needed until you are satisfied. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I only purchased my vehicle here because I got the best value for what I was looking for in my new car. The sales person knew less than I did about wh only purchased my vehicle here because I got the best value for what I was looking for in my new car. The sales person knew less than I did about what he was selling and I was his first sale - that's forgivable. Service center, on the other hand, should know better. After having my car for about 7 or 8 months, I began hearing a strange noise. I brought the car in for an oil change and mentioned that there might be something wrong, described the symptoms and the service person dismissed me and acted like he was doing his best just to get me out of there. About a month later when I was on a trip out of state, my car's steering gave out. Apparently there was no power steering fluid left in the vehicle. A quick look under the hood by Rob when I made the complaint would have remedied that. About 4 months later, in January, the car was a year old and had less than 8K miles on it. Same problem happening. I brought the car in specifically for that issue, told them about what happened on my trip to help them pinpoint the problem and they told me nothing was wrong after claiming to have looked at it for more than an hour. Fast forward 6 months and I decide to go to another dealership in the area because I'm fed up with Rosenthal at this point. After explaining the noise I was hearing and what had happened in the past, the service person looked under the hood, determined the car needed power steering fluid and brought around back to give it a full inspection where he found that there was a crack in my rack and pinion - something that the folks at Rosenthal should have seen. But they were too arrogant and lazy to look at my car that was under warranty. Perhaps it was because they couldn't make a buck from me because the repair would have been under warranty. I will never go there again and will ensure that no one I know goes there either for either sales or service. They're terrible and I regret that I ever bought a vehicle from them! More
